Hi Steve, Thank you for your email. Survey Monkey is the standard tool used by the Comms team and a subscription based service. This tool uses secure connectivity, multifactor authentication and the data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We have re-validated the use of the Survey Monkey with the programme team and the risk has been deemed as low. If you are uncomfortable with sharing your details via the survey, please let us know and we will find an alternative method for you.
